If you are unable to watch live or wish to see the broadcast again, each transmission will be held in an archive that you can select and download. Please note this facility is generally only live on a Sunday morning or as advertised. |
Live Webcasts from Welcome Baptist Church In a groundbreaking development, Welcome Baptist Church hopes to bring you live webcasts of services and other special events. Latest News - 23rd October. Good progress is being made on tests. To trial the system, please click on the test link in the left hand panel. Please note the following: When you click on the link you will be asked for a username and password. In that case please key the following Username : Guest You should then be presented with a screen headed DLink Security Camera. You may be asked to download an MPEG4 codec. If presented with this option you should click yes. If when the camera displays you have no sound, you need to click the button on the left hand side labled connection. You will then be presented with three options. Click the buttom that says UDP. This should allow the sound to come through. At present this is of relatively low quality but we will address this shortly. One advantage of having different equipment will be the abilty to make available DVD video productions to support the work of the church. This will be as an alternative to audio CD or tape. On the downside, it will not be possible to provide archived services for later viewing due to the amount of server space that these will use.
